WEIGHT LOSS with Organic Liaison: A Review of The Organic Liaison Weight Loss System

Kirsty Alley, well known for being in ‘Cheers’ and other popular TV programmes as well as being a great success in some wonderful big-screen roles, has now used her own experience battling the bulge and her celebrity status, to develop and promote a new weight-loss system which is the only USDA certified weight-loss programme available.

So, if USDA has given it its approval, I thought it only fitting to take a little look at why, and discover just what the system offers………..so here is my review of the new Organic Liaison Weight-Loss System.

Organic Liaison is a membership based programme which offers several different pricing options and plans that you can choose from:

Basic Online Plan:

a one-off sign up fee of $18.95 and then a monthly membership fee of $15.95

Standard Online Plan:

No sign up fee, but you pre-pay for three months membership which costs $47.85

Premium Plan:

No sign up fee or monthly membership fee. You pay $139.00 for the Rescue Me Kit (month 1) and then $119.00 per month after that.

If you take up the Premium Plan you will pay $1448 per year and don’t forget the supplements are extra and the organic foods that the system promotes are not going to be the cheapest in the supermarket.

(The Rescue Me kit is one of the supplements offered through the programme and is basically a calcium and magnesium supplement which is said to counteract acidity from foods, drink and toxins). Other supplements include; Nightingale, Release Me, Pagoda and Relieve Me.

You receive a host of support tools and resources which are accessible 24/7 to help you on the programme. One of these tools is the Organic Network Locator which shows you where all the organic stores, farmer’s markets and restaurants are near you. You can also access the Organic Liaison;s Calorie Calculator, which easily calculates how many calories thousands of food items contain.

A meal planner is also available for you to create daily menus and cleverly you can format it with your daily calorie allocation as well as your food preferences, so if you have an allergy to gluten, you can programme the planner so that your meals are gluten free.

Another interesting offer from Organic Liaison is their Body Game which Kirsty developed and calls, your ‘Chubby Buddy’, which matches you with a partner who you compete with in your weight loss and which also encourages you to keep up with the programme.

Kirsty has also provided a number of nutritional and weight loss supplements that have been specially formulated to help you in your weight loss goals.

Organic liaison definitely offers a customised weight loss plan which is specific to your needs, it also encourages good, healthy food choices and it also educates you on organic eating, giving you all the information you need in order to source/buy/eat fresh organic foods every day.

The monthly fees are not extortionate and you know that the Organic Liaison Weight Loss system has been designed by someone who has been through all the same worries, anxieties and issues surrounding diet related matters and that the programme will provide a holistic system to help you lose weight.

The support offered is quite comprehensive, covering all aspects, providing you with information, motivation, energy through their range of supplements, and support through their buddy system. The programme can also be customised to meet any dietary needs you may have – what more could you want from a diet system, Kirsty has definitely planned her programme well. The only thing I question is why they have made it non-refundable.

Some people might be loathe to be sucked into yet another weight loss regime, having done so many times before, with little or no success, but if you are considering buying into a weight loss programme, you really need to look at all the reviews on the internet and make an intelligent decision and sometimes it just comes down to whatever works for you, and don’t forget to calculate whether you can afford the programme and the organic food you need to buy.

Another thing to remember when making your decision, there has never been any published proof that eating organic foods improves weight loss, however, there has been a number of papers showing that toxic substances contribute to weight gain.

In reality, the reviews written by people who have tried Organic Liaison are mixed. You will find some saying they enjoy the programme and have lost a few pounds but then there are some who say it is a waste of money and the products taste foul. As I say, read as much as you can before parting with your hard earned money – you never know, there could be cheaper ways of doing exactly the same thing for yourself. However, if you do want to try it then click on the advert or this link for more information.
